Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes, and we can assist you with the approval process. If your loved one is in our care, the service is free. If they are on a waiting list, we can provide assistance in the application process for a fee.
There is a $1,500 “Community Fee” to hold a room. The fee is non-refundable.
The approval process normally takes a minimum of (45-90) days.

Yes, but the cost during the approval process will need to be paid by another source.

Medicaid does not pay retroactively.

Yes, Keepsake provides a bed and nightstand. We can also install a wall TV.
Yes, many families bring their own rocker/recliner or other personal items, space permitting.

Yes, if your loved one moves in after the 1st of the month, the room rate will be prorated.
